Tennis

From recreational to elite level, we definitely have the formula that suits you.

Throughout the year, Isabelle is supported by a team of state-certified instructors trained in her "Play Well" method. To help recreational players achieve their goals, they benefit from a range of programs and guidance from the former French number 2. In the mornings, children are at the heart of the tennis activities. Dedicated to introducing them to the sport or helping them acquire basic strategies, all the workshops designed by Isabelle foster their development and build their confidence. Each session concludes with a festive atmosphere. The instructors and young players gather for the traditional awards ceremony.

PICKLEBALL

Discover this friendly and fun sport.

With 10 million players already in the USA, Pickleball is booming in our region. Integrated into the French Tennis Federation (FFT) since January, it's the most accessible ball sport for the general public. From the very first session, the basic movements are mastered. An inclusive sport, it brings together players of all levels during "Open Play" events. The friendly atmosphere, generosity, and shared experiences are what make these sessions so appealing. Come and try it out on our 4 courts with family or friends and benefit from the guidance of Isabelle Demongeot, a certified IPTPA instructor since November 13, 2021. Our lessons are structured around 4 key areas: Rules, technique, strategy, and fun.

Pickleball in France: An easily accessible and extremely fun racket sport, pickleball emphasizes team spirit and is most often played in doubles (although singles is not forgotten!).

Pickleball is played on a court measuring 6.1m x 13.41m. Therefore, four pickleball courts can fit inside a tennis court. Convenient for clubs!

Pickleball can be played competitively or as a family activity, mixed or intergenerational. Young people can absolutely play with adults! Pickleball is an integral part of the French Tennis Federation (FFT), just like padel, beach tennis, and wheelchair tennis.
